By accessing or using PFD Prompts (a PaidFreeDroid service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to store or generate content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
The prompts and templates you create remain your intellectual property. However, the software, design, branding, and core infrastructure of PFD Prompts are the exclusive property of PaidFreeDroid and its licensors.
In no event shall PaidFreeDroid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, specifically subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
